Description

Lindsayca activities will allow the installation of the onshore equipment that will process the incoming production from Miztón platform located in Gulf of Mexico.

Area 1 is estimated to hold 2.1 Bboe (90% oil) in world-class reservoirs. The development will be phased, initially with an early production phase with startup planned in first-half 2019, through a wellhead platform, located on the Miztón field. Production will be sent onshore through a 10-in. multi-phase line and then treated at an existing Pemex facility. Early production plateau will be 8,000 bopd.

Description

For the activities of entire onshore construction, Lindsayca has joint Valerus Field Services (Kentz company) to execute fabrication and field assembling activities of the modularized equipment and interconnecting piping, commissioning and pre-startup.

First phase will process 450 MMscfd of natural gas for Cardon IV – a joint venture between Eni-EP and Repsol SA – to develop and produce non-associated dry gas resources at the La Perla Field Offshore Development (located aprox. 34 km off North West Coast of Venezuela).

Description

Fast track engineering, procurement and fabrication of modularized main process production equipment for early production facilities in Argentina, including an HP separator, LP separator, Test Separator, Inlet and Outlet Coalescing Filters, Fuel Gas Skid and Glycol Dehydration System. Plug-and-Play modularization strategy was applied for ease of field construction, resulting in a 10-month project from the start of engineering to commissioning and start-up. Industry renowned instrumentation, including gas, condensate, and water flow measurements with on skid flow computers, heat tracing and insulation to withstand the cold weather. Optimized packages for operation and maintenance with heavy involvement of client during design and fabrication phases.​

Description

First of its kind, lightweight storage tank built to store chemical inhibitors on the top deck of the Mizton platform; inhibitors like hydrate, corrosion, wax, scale, asphaltene, and emulsion. Fabricated at Lindsayca Inc. shop using 5700 Sq.Ft. ¼” thick Stainless Steel 316L plates in separate bays. Total 11592 inches seam welding performed for 6 tank compartments. Based on performed FEA analysis validation, to withstand the design basis of wind force, seismic condition, and transport acceleration; total 460 stiffeners were fillet welded surrounding the walls of the inner tank and outer tank. Loaded with functional instruments like LG-LIT (Level Transmitters) and Leak detection switches. ​

Description

Lindsayca Solutions provided basic and detail engineering developed at company’s office in Venezuela with Houston’s office support. All procurement activities were handled internally as well as the self-executed Construction, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance phases of the project.

Lindsayca operated the plant for a period of 6 month. At this time, PDVSA’s operator where being trained by Lindsayca’s personnel for the operation and maintenance of the plant.
