Our Story
Founded in 1995 through private equity and family ownership, Lindsayca has rapidly expanded initially in Venezuela, providing services to both state- and privately-owned clients in the upstream and downstream energy sector.

An International Energy Procurement and Management Business
Through our growing international alliances coupled with the demands of our energy clients, in 2003 Lindsayca invested in the decision to become a truly international company with the development of a new management office facility in Houston, Texas including engineering offices, full fabrication shop and storage facilities. By placing Lindsayca at the center of the US Energy sector, the company has been able to develop and recruit some of the most talented and innovative people in the industry. This coupled with a great team with knowledge and technology has created a platform for the continued internationalization of the company into other areas of Latin America.
Lindsayca has also invested in knowledge and infrastructure with over 30 years of experience developing EPC Fabrication projects, projects, has employed over 3,000 employees, executed 118 EPC projects, and successfully installed more than 4 2 MM Horsepower. Our group’s main focus is, to provide sustainable solutions through our modular integration of services and technologies. Lindsayca’s expertise goes from Gas handling processes, to Photovoltaic plants installations, all the way to Hydrogen production plants our final mission is to make your growth, a reality.
