What is TotalQ?
For the certification of projects with quality and construction records, Lindsayca has a digital system developed internally by applying the experience gathered from our staff during 30 years of project execution.
TotalQ (TQ), an intuitive certification management system used to fill inspection forms, project entry records and data, tracks the completion of inspection forms in real time using iPads and computers to feed its database.

Our Business Principles
Lindsayca using TotalQ in our projects where we are involved, we managed to eliminate and considerably reduce the problems that paperwork brings to the job sites. Some of these problems were:
- Illegible written information.
- Errors in transcription of engineering information,
- Records are subject to environmental and working conditions.
- Rework after losing release documents on site.
- The environmental impact caused by paperwork, among others.

In addition to managing all the inspection forms, TotalQ also helps to keep track of manufactured equipment, including weld master and material traceability, non-destructive testing, hydro-testing, coating, electrical and instrumentation and more…
The progress of the project is shown in different graphs and is updated automatically and in real time as the project progresses.
This plan will be reviewed by the client and its specifications to ensure that the requirements are executed. A version of the ITP will be created within TotalQ and the necessary ITRs will be added. These ITRs will be filled in a timely manner when the activities occur.

Lindsayca uses TotalQ and other methods to create, maintain, and deliver documentation related to the projects. Each project will have a set of deliverables provided to the client. Records may include material reports, heat maps, drawings, calculations, calibration reports, non-destructive testing, destructive testing, post-weld relief, manufacturers documentation, applicable procedures, etc. These records are compiled and described in the ITP and in the Data Book Table of Contents
Submissions may include: (1) iPad loaded with project information, (2) Electronically shared set of files, (3) hard copy of documentation. Additional printed copies of iPads can be ordered for an additional cost.
Lindsayca uses state-of-the-art technology to control project-related documents.

Security is a priority for Lindsayca, and our software uses Office 365 credentials for role and permission validation. This allows for a secure environment where documents will be shared.
